**Shipping Charges:** - Free shipping on orders above ₹500 - ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹500

**Delivery Areas:** We deliver across India. For remote locations, delivery may take additional 2-3 days.

**Order Tracking:** Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email.

**Return & Refund Policy**

**Returns:** - 7-day return window for damaged/defective products - Product must be in original packaging - Contact us with photos of damage

**Refunds:** - Refunds processed within 5-7 business days - Original payment method refund

**Non-Returnable Items:** - Opened/used products (quality issues only) - Products past expiry date
